How to submit a takedown

Email contact@thepassportguy.com with subject “DMCA Takedown Request” and include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• URL(s) of the infringing content on this site
• Your contact information (name, email, phone, address)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Response time

Valid takedown requests are processed within 48 hours. We may contact the original uploader before final action.

Counter-notification

If content of yours has been removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email.
