When you use the casting form, we collect: your name, age, city, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle (optional), and any additional information you provide. We use this data only to contact you about the casting and never share it with third parties.
Cookies & tracking
We use minimal technical cookies (age verification, language preference). No third-party tracking, no ad networks, no behavioral profiling. Your visit is yours.
Data retention
Casting applications are retained for 12 months and deleted automatically afterward unless an active collaboration is underway. Performer records (signed releases, ID copies) are kept for the legally required period (7 years minimum under U.S. record-keeping rules).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@thepassportguy.com. We respond within 30 days.
